In 90 seconds
How a JV Healthcare case actually works
A short film covering the first enquiry, the clinical review, how a Swiss specialist is identified, and what happens after you return home. No autoplay, no sound until you press play.
Physician-led review
Every case is assessed by an authorised clinician before anything is arranged.
Independent coordination
We match the specialist to the condition, not to a commercial relationship.
Discreet by default
Minimal intake, a case reference instead of a name, records handled separately.
International support
English and French throughout, with interpreting arranged where needed.

Six stages, one accountable coordinator
Select a stage to see exactly what happens, what we need from you and what stays private.
Stage 01 / 06
Private enquiry
A minimal, confidential enquiry establishes the service required. We collect contact details, country, language, service category and a short non-sensitive description. No medical records are uploaded at this stage.
- No diagnosis, reports, scans or identity documents.
- You receive a case reference, not a public profile.
- A coordinator replies with the appropriate next step.
Who we support
Built for patients, sponsors and public authorities
Private Patients & Families
A discreet, physician-led route into Swiss healthcare for individuals and families arranging care privately.
Most families arrive with the same three questions: is treatment abroad the right decision, who is the right specialist, and how much of this will we have to organise ourselves. We answer the first with a clinical review, the second with independent matching, and the third by taking the coordination off your hands.

Why Switzerland
A healthcare system built on precision and privacy
Switzerland offers depth of specialist expertise, disciplined clinical governance and a strong culture of confidentiality.
Regulated quality
Swiss hospitals and clinicians work under a well-defined regulatory and professional framework, with recognised specialist certification and structured oversight.
Depth of specialisation
University hospitals and private centres in Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, Basel and Zurich cover a wide range of sub-specialties within short travelling distance of each other.
Precision and planning
Appointments, diagnostics and treatment plans are organised precisely, which matters when a patient has travelled a long way and has limited time.
Privacy as a norm
Discretion is a professional expectation in Switzerland, not an added service — which suits patients whose situation must remain private.
Bilingual access
Care can be delivered in French or English across much of the country, with professional interpreting arranged where a patient prefers another language.
A practical hub
Direct international connections, compact travel distances and reliable infrastructure reduce the logistical burden on patients and families.
Why JV Healthcare
One contact who is accountable for the whole pathway
One accountable contact
A single coordinator owns your case from first enquiry to follow-up. You are not passed between departments and you never chase your own file.
Physician-led triage
Clinical questions are reviewed by an authorised clinician before anything is booked — including the question of whether travelling abroad is the right decision at all.
Independent coordination
We match the case to the appropriate specialist. We are not a booking agent for a single hospital group.
Bilingual, by default
Every stage is available in English and French, with professional interpreting for consultations where another language is preferred.
Local and international perspective
We understand both the Swiss system and the realities patients face in Central and West Africa, so the plan we build is one that can actually be carried out.
Discretion by design
Minimal intake, separated data, a case reference instead of a name in operational lists, and no patient stories published without documented, revocable consent.
Privacy by design
Your first enquiry contains no medical records
Health data is sensitive. The public form is for initial contact only. After consent and engagement, medical records are requested through a separate secure route with restricted, purpose-limited access.
We do not claim absolute security. We state what is implemented, who can access information and how long it is kept — see the Privacy Notice.
- Minimal intake: contact details, country, language, service category, short non-sensitive description.
- No diagnosis, reports, scans, passports or insurance documents in the public form.
- A random case reference is used in operational lists instead of the patient's name.
- Confirmation emails contain no clinical details.
Coordination network
Our coordination network is being developed
We publish the name or logo of a hospital, insurer, transfer provider or partner only once a written agreement is in place. Until then, we describe capabilities rather than imply relationships we do not yet have.
Partner logos are disabled site-wide until written permissions are signed.
Start a confidential enquiry
Tell us only what is needed to understand your situation. A coordinator replies with the appropriate next step — no records, no obligation.
JV Healthcare is not an emergency service. If this is a medical emergency, contact the emergency services where you are now.
