Submitting an enquiry does not create a doctor–patient relationship and does not confirm an appointment. A consultation exists only once it has been reviewed, confirmed and scheduled in writing.
Fees, rescheduling and cancellation
Prices are communicated before an appointment is confirmed. Rescheduling and cancellation are possible within the notice period stated in your confirmation message.
Advisory engagements
Advisory work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees and confidentiality. No outcome, ranking or financial result is guaranteed.

Applicable law
