Consent Information

Consent at enquiry stage

When you submit the confidential enquiry form you consent to us processing the limited information you provide — contact details, country, preferred language and contact method, service category and a short non-sensitive description — for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry.

The public form must not be used to send diagnoses, symptoms, medical reports, scans, identity documents or insurance policies. If such information is sent anyway, we delete it and ask you to resend it through the secure route.

Consent at engagement stage

Before any clinical review begins you receive a written scope of work, the privacy notice, the terms and a specific consent form covering the processing of health data, contact with named providers and, where relevant, contact with an employer, insurer, embassy or public sponsor.

Each purpose is listed separately. You may consent to some purposes and decline others; we tell you what that means in practice for the coordination.

Acting for another person

If you are enquiring for a relative, employee or citizen, we record who you are, your relationship to the patient and the basis of your authority. For adults with capacity, we require the patient's own consent before health data is processed on their behalf.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact address in the Privacy Notice. Withdrawal stops future processing for that purpose. It does not undo processing already carried out lawfully, and some records are retained where Swiss law or a legitimate defence of legal claims requires it.

Automated decisions and AI

No clinical or coordination decision about you is made by an automated system. Patient information is not entered into public generative-AI tools. Any future use of AI would be approved in advance, purpose-limited, human-reviewed, logged and contractually protected.
